• Payments are accepted via Square and other approved methods.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

3. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking.
• Ensure access to the property and any necessary utilities (e.g., water, electricity).
• Remove personal items from areas to be serviced.

5. Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or vehicles.
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for items left or damaged in vehicle or property.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is our property or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
